Therapy for Teens, Young Adults & Life Transitions

Interactive, Practical & Growth-Oriented

I believe young people are often more resilient than they realize.

Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions, or unhealthy coping behaviors, my goal is to create a space where they feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

I work with adolescents and young adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps. Together, we focus on building confidence, emotional awareness, resilience, and practical skills that help navigate challenges both now and in the future.

Supporting Growth
Through Life’s Challenges

Growing up today comes with unique pressures. School, relationships, social expectations, technology, and major life transitions can create stress that feels difficult to manage alone.

I help young people better understand the patterns, habits, and emotional challenges that may be holding them back while developing healthier ways to respond to stress and uncertainty.

My approach is interactive, practical, and easy to relate to. I believe growth happens when people feel both supported and challenged to see new possibilities for themselves.

Building Healthier
Habits & Choices

I also work with teens and young adults who are struggling with addictive or compulsive behaviors, including gaming, gambling, and substance use.

Rather than focusing solely on the behavior itself, I help clients explore what may be driving those patterns and develop healthier ways of coping, connecting, and managing difficult emotions.

Through experience in treatment centers, schools, and educational workshops, I have supported young people in understanding the impact of stress, unhealthy habits, and substance use while helping them build the tools needed for lasting change.

Mental Performance,
Confidence & Resilience

My background in both psychology and sports has shaped my interest in helping young athletes strengthen their mental game.

I work with athletes to develop skills related to focus, confidence, emotional regulation, resilience, and performance under pressure. These same skills often support success not only in sports, but in school, relationships, and everyday life.

I earned my MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and my BA in Sports Management from the University of Michigan.
