Jenna Laski, MA, LMFT
Founder & Clinical Director, EPIC Family Therapy
Connection • Curiosity • Compassion
as Founder and Clinical Director of EPIC Family Therapy, Jenna oversees the training, supervision, and clinical development of the EPIC therapy team. The practice is rooted in the belief that emotional intelligence can be strengthened and that, as it grows, intergenerational emotional patterns can begin to change. When people learn how to respond to themselves and others with more connection, curiosity, and compassion, relationships begin to change at the core.
At the center of this work is emotional literacy and emotional regulation.
We cannot regulate
what we do not know.
Her work integrates Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment Focused EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness and nervous system regulation practices into practical tools people can apply in everyday life.
The practice of Becoming EPIC is also deeply personal for Jenna. Like many people she works with, Jenna has moved through early childhood trauma, grief, divorce, rebuilding, and navigating the realities of parenthood and relationships. EPIC became a daily practice that helped her move away from control, criticism, and emotional disconnection and return to connection, curiosity, and compassion.
She often describes emotional intelligence as “hydrating the heart.” Just like no amount of water today quenches tomorrow’s thirst, the heart requires daily hydration too.
Emotional intelligence changes how we live, love, and lead. And it starts within.
