Bilingual Therapy for Identity, Relationships & Life Transitions
Bilingual (English/Spanish) • Culturally Responsive • Collaborative
I believe healing begins when people feel seen, understood, and accepted for who they are and where they come from.
As a bilingual (English/Spanish) Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity questions, life transitions, and the impact of cultural and generational experiences. My goal is to create a space where clients can explore their experiences openly while feeling supported, respected, and empowered throughout the process.
Honoring Your Story
Many of the people I work with are trying to make sense of where they come from while also discovering who they want to become.
They may feel overwhelmed by family expectations, relationship struggles, cultural pressures, life transitions, or questions about identity and belonging. Others may be carrying the impact of depression, grief, trauma, or experiences that have left them feeling disconnected from themselves or others.
I believe these experiences deserve curiosity and compassion rather than judgment.
Together, we explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped your story while creating space for growth, healing, and greater self-understanding.
A Collaborative & Culturally
Responsive Approach
I bring warmth, curiosity, and cultural awareness into the therapy room.
I view therapy as a collaborative process where you are the expert in your own life. My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to walk alongside you as we explore what feels meaningful, authentic, and aligned with the life you are building.
Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that feels grounded, supportive, and emotionally safe.
The Practice of
Becoming EPIC
My work is grounded in the practice of Becoming Emotionally Powerful Internally Connected (EPIC).
One question I often return to, both personally and with clients, is:
How do I want to feel today in a way that aligns with the life I am building?
I believe emotional awareness creates the opportunity for intentional change. As we strengthen our connection to ourselves, we become better able to navigate relationships, life transitions, and challenges with greater clarity, purpose, and self-compassion.
