Integrative Therapy for Emotional Healing,
Self-Connection & Nervous System Awareness
EMDR Trained • Experience Working with CBT-I
To me, therapy is a sacred space to reconnect with the truest parts of yourself.
I believe healing happens when people feel emotionally safe, deeply seen, and genuinely understood — not judged, rushed, or reduced to a diagnosis. My work is rooted in a compassionate and integrative approach that honors the connection between the mind, body, nervous system, relationships, and lived experiences that shape how we move through the world.
A Warm & Compassionate Approach
I approach therapy with warmth, honesty, curiosity, and care.
Together, we explore the emotional patterns, survival strategies, and beliefs that may once have served a protective purpose but no longer support the life or relationships you want to build. I believe therapy should be a space where people can slow down, make sense of their experiences, and begin relating to themselves with greater awareness, compassion, and connection.
I will sit with you in the hard places while helping you gently challenge the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Listening to the Wisdom Within
My work incorporates mindfulness, somatic awareness, creative expression, and meaning-making approaches.
I believe emotions and physical sensations are important messengers. They offer insight into our needs, boundaries, wounds, and longings. Rather than fighting against difficult emotions or shutting them down, I believe we can learn to listen with greater compassion and understanding.
I deeply value helping people reconnect with their inner resilience, rediscover parts of themselves that may have been buried beneath pain or survival, and build lives that feel more grounded, aligned, and fulfilling.
The Practice of Becoming EPIC
Integrating the practice of Becoming Emotionally Powerful Internally Connected (EPIC) has profoundly influenced both my personal growth and my work with clients.
I believe that allowing ourselves the time and space to explore emotions we may not have previously had the capacity to face creates the opportunity for deeper emotional awareness, self-understanding, regulation, and lasting empowerment.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where people feel supported in strengthening their connection to themselves so that worth, identity, and peace are no longer defined by the external world, but rooted within.
